Summary:

We are seeking a Corporate Third-Party Integration BA to support and manage end-to-end integrations between corporate banking systems and external platforms. The role involves requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and coordination with internal technical teams and external partners to ensure seamless, secure, and compliant integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for third-party integrations.
  • Manage integrations such as Host-to-Host, Remote Cheque Printing, SWIFT FileAct, and other banking interfaces.
  • Coordinate with internal IT, vendors, and external platforms (e.g., TAS, Noqodi, Ascent Platform) to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Support API, file-based, and SWIFT-based integration workflows.
  • Validate integration design, data flows, mapping rules, and security requirements.
  • Conduct functional testing, UAT support, and issue resolution.
  • Prepare documentation including BRDs, process flows, and integration specifications.
  • Ensure integrations comply with corporate policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing integrations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within banking/financial services.
  • Strong understanding of third-party and corporate banking integrations.
  • Hands-on exposure to Host-to-Host, SWIFT FileAct, and cheque processing workflows.
  • Familiarity with integration platforms, APIs, file formats (XML/CSV), and secure communication protocols.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple integrations simultaneously and meet project timelines.
