Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support the Renewables MEA team. The role involves analysing market trends, pipeline data, and country profiles to provide actionable commercial insights and support investment decisions. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate sales forecasting, coordinating Investment Committees, and facilitating knowledge management across the region.

Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Market Insights
  • Gather, analyse, and maintain market information and country profiles, leveraging existing resources from REN T&F / BIP.
  • Collect project pipeline data and translate it into actionable commercial insights.
  • Support project development timelines and strategies for MEA.
  • Analyse weekly and monthly sales forecasts and compile reports for business reviews.
Investment Committee Support
  • Coordinate Investment Committee meetings, ensuring timely preparation and submission of necessary files.
  • Provide country market insights and other data to support investment decision-making.
CRM & Business Intelligence
  • Create, maintain, and coordinate the CRM network across REN in the Middle East and Africa.
  • Ensure effective use and knowledge transfer of CRM activities.
  • Centralize and organize business intelligence data, including external / internal studies, press releases, and reports.
Reporting & Process Improvement
  • Serve as the primary contact for MEA region queries from the Management Committee.
  • Facilitate information exchange between regional hubs and headquarters.
  • Support continuous improvement and process simplification, including digitalization initiatives.
  • Ensure the continuity and accuracy of day-to-day business reporting.
HSE & Compliance
  • Strictly adhere to Group QHSE policies, local procedures, and regulations.
  • Participate in HSE training programs and impart knowledge to colleagues when required.
  • Report near misses, incidents, hazards, and injuries promptly.
  • Participate in investigations and analysis of incidents as required.
  • Maintain full authority to stop operations if safety concerns arise.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a technical field.
  • 03 years of experience in business analysis, finance, or a technical role.
  • Experience in CRM customization and integration with operational systems.
  • Proven ability to deliver full lifecycle implementations and business process re engineering.
  • Strong documentation skills and ability to translate requirements into practical solutions.
  • Flexible, resilient, organized, constructive, and reliable.
