The Work You’ll Do:

The Intelligence Business Analyst operates as a technical product enabler, extending well beyond traditional BA responsibilities. This role combines business analysis, technical configuration, and product expansion capabilities, enabling Intelligence to scale across jurisdictions, data sources, and customer implementations without requiring engineering resources for each expansion.

This position specializes in Business Intelligence and embedded analytics, owning the delivery of Intelligence's third foundational component—Business Intelligence & KPIs—which provides pre-built dashboards, customizable reports, and real-time compliance health insights. This BA will complement the team's existing technical/data specialist and AI specialist by focusing on the visualization, dashboarding, and analytics-as-a-service dimensions of the platform.

More specifically you will:

• Design and configure pre-built KPI dashboards for compliance monitoring, reconciliation trends, and data quality metrics
• Configure embedded analytics components using platform BI capabilities to surface insights within Intelligence's native interface
• Create customizable chart and visualization configurations that can be embedded within Views using blueprint/boilerplate components
• Build and maintain dashboard templates for standard compliance use cases (e.g., VAT reconciliation health, SAF-T validation status, CN transaction monitoring)
• Configure KPI calculations and aggregations that summarize data across multiple execution periods and data sources
• Design data visualization strategies that translate complex tax compliance data into actionable business insights for Tax Analyst persona
• Partner with development team on embedded BI tool integration and configuration

• Enable Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) and Analytics-as-a-Service (AaaS) capabilities for partner consumption
• Configure white-label dashboard environments for Big4 and system integrator partners
• Design and document partner-facing BI configuration patterns that allow customization without code
• Create workspace-specific visualization templates that partners can brand and extend for their customers
• Support partner onboarding for embedded analytics consumption through Intelligence API
• Define BI configuration governance and best practices for partner-built dashboards
• Coordinate with partners on custom KPI requirements and dashboard layout preferences

• Configure semantic layer (CDM) definitions to support new data sources and jurisdictions
• Map source data structures to Intelligence physical data model (SAFT, VAT Filing, Compliance Network, custom sources)
• Design and configure reconciliation report definitions using CDM query syntax
• Extend UI views and configure data visualization elements using existing blueprints/boilerplates
