About the Role

We are looking for Business Analyst in Payments

Job Location: Riyadh, KSA (Onsite)

Experience: 8+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking, payments, or financial technology domains.

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Key Responsibilities:

1. Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for banking and payment ecosystems, ensuring clear communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
2. Develop Innovative solution, functional specifications, process flows, and use cases, with expertise in QR code payment acceptance, multicurrency transactions, and Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC).
3. Provide industry insights, best practices, and support the design and implementation of payment integration and aggregation solutions.
4. Stay informed about emerging trends, standards, and regulations in digital payments and banking technologies.

Domain Knowledge:

• Extensive understanding of bank ecosystems and payment processing within acquiring businesses.
• Hands-on experience with QR code payment solutions and acceptance standards. (Priority skills)
• Experience with Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) processes. (Priority skills)
• Strong knowledge of multicurrency transaction processing and rules.
• Familiarity with transaction aggregation, reconciliation, and reporting.

Technical Skills:

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience working with APIs, payment gateways, and integration platforms.

Other Skills:

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
