Who Can Apply? (Future Business Analyst Champions!)

Recent graduates or final-year BE students in Automobile / Mechanical / Electrical / related streams — perfect for analytical and technical thinkers.

JIRA course completion is mandatory — strong understanding of workflows is essential.

Internship experience is preferred, but not mandatory.

Basic understanding of CRM systems like Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Freshdesk is an added bonus.

Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills — clarity is key!

Familiarity with Agile, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or wireframing tools like Figma / Balsamiq is highly desirable.

Interest in understanding logistics processes such as:

Freight movement ➝ Trip creation ➝ Driver assignments ➝ POD ➝ Invoicing ➝ Settlement

A self-motivated, collaborative, and proactive learner excited to take initiative and explore product + operational workflows.

Duration: 3 Months Internship

Performance-based extension or full-time opportunity available!
