Business Analyst Intern

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern to support our business and technology teams in analyzing requirements, documenting processes, and assisting with data-driven decision-making. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in business analysis within a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
• Support the preparation of business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), and process flows.
• Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Assist in mapping business processes and proposing improvement recommendations.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities, including test case preparation and execution.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and discussions with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and senior business analysts to support project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (recent graduates preferred).
• Basic understanding of business analysis concepts, SDLC, and requirement-gathering techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Nice to Have

• Internship or academic project experience related to business analysis or data analysis.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Power BI, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools.
