Business Analyst — IT

Job Overview: My Career Online is seeking a proactive Business Analyst — IT to join our team. In this critical role, you will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business needs, identify solutions, and improve the overall efficiency of our IT processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Analyze and model business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with IT teams to design tailored solutions that align with business goals.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Support the implementation of technology solutions by coordinating testing and feedback.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) are a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, particularly within IT.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., SQL, Excel).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

Salary:

Hourly rate between QAR 70 - 120, depending on experience.
