Job Title: Program Manager, Ops Integration

About the Role: We're looking for a Program Manager to help bring AI technology into our Quick Commerce operations at Amazon. You'll work on making our operations smoother and improving how we serve customers.

Key job responsibilities
Main Responsibilities: • Create plans for using AI in our operations • Build tools to help our delivery operations work better • Work with tech teams to turn ideas into real solutions • Make project plans and track progress • Look at how things are working and find ways to make them better

A day in the life
What You'll Do Day-to-Day: • Work with different teams to create AI tools that help our operations run better • Lead projects that make our delivery operations more efficient • Help solve problems and make improvements to how we work • Keep track of how well new tools and systems are working • Work with tech teams to build useful solutions

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years of data analytics or automation experience
• 1+ years of capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or similar experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of data pipelining and extraction using SQL
• Knowledge of SQL and Excel at a moderate or advanced level
• Experience with data mining tools like SQL, SAS, SPSS, or similar

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of SQL/Python/R, scripting, MS Excel, table joins, and aggregate analytical functions
