We are currently seeking a Business Analyst/ Project Coordinator to join our team in Herndon (REMOTE), Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).

Job Summary:
NTT DATA seeks a highly motivated, flexible, organized, and detail-oriented Business Analyst/ Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

This person will be hands-on, someone who can help coordinate delivery activities, handle requirements gathering and day-to-day functional activities, and coordinate the activities of a small team.

Job Duties:
  • Coordinate technical and functional activities to support daily operations on tools and systems part of the contract.
  • Collaborate with partners, work with the customer in Sprint Planning and Program Increment planning, and ensure delivery follows the plan.
  • Develop Product roadmap(s) with priorities and continuously review and adjust based on changes.
  • Implement best practices and develop suitable communication mechanisms with customers and stakeholders.
  • Interface with Stakeholders to discuss technical and administrative to provide status updates.
  • Act as SPOC for all contractual deliverables and communications
  • Partner with the Program Manager and ensure all contractual deliverables are met.
  • Collaborate with Partners in establishing Budget, defining scope and timelines.
  • Work with the helpdesk team to collect weekly and monthly status reports and report to partners and customers.
  • Work with Systems Administrators to Implement monitoring tools and ensure all systems are up to date and maintain uptime.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis, review RCA and lessons learned with the customer.
  • Implement lessons learned from the root cause analysis conducted.
  • Document and administer requirements and implement tasks necessary to complete tasks.
  • Gather, analyze, and report various performance metrics for managing network, identity and access management, and systems infrastructure.
  • Review program data and generate complex reports, which include:
  • Create Product Roadmap(s) with clear priorities for each Product/Tool.
  • Work with Government Product Owners to determine timelines for all initiatives on the Product Roadmap.
  • Conduct Program Increment and Sprint Planning with a clear outline of deliverables and timelines.
  • Conduct daily scrum meetings with the internal team to ensure progress is made according to the plan.
  • Meet with Product owner(s) on the government side to provide updates and discuss if any adjustments need to be made.
  • Prepare and submit End-of-Sprint reports to demonstrate the progress made in each sprint.
  • Conduct Sprint Retrospective and demos to customers.
  • Attend all Customer meetings and act as the single point of contact for all project-specific activities.
  • Prepare and submit performance reports on current system utilization, bottlenecks, and detailed areas that require capacity enhancement or tuning.
  • Create monthly status reports to provide information on resource availability and allocation that will conform to contract requirements. These reports should be detailed and outline labor hours worked and the cost associated with each resource by a task.
  • Collect systems utilization and performance metrics for services and systems.
  • Utilize metrics to forecast future capacity requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a capacity management plan to provide ongoing analysis, forecast future capacity requirements, and recommend enhancements and performance improvements.
  • Participate in the Incident Review process and deliver reports.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience participating in Agile/Scrum projects.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience in JIRA and Confluence administration.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Experience with New Relic.
  • Experience with LaunchDarkly.
  • Experience with Datadog.
  • Experience with Terraform.
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $61,668 - $128,476. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and ADD insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
