Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support the capture and analysis of end-user requirements for consumer-facing data products in manufacturing operations. The role involves engaging with stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable user stories, and ensuring alignment with operational best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support the Product Owner in capturing and analyzing end-user requirements.

• Engage with stakeholders across functions to identify operational needs, workflow challenges, and desired outcomes.

• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and epics for the product backlog.

• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and feedback sessions to elicit high-value requirements and prioritize backlog items.

• Collaborate with technical SMEs to ensure accurate requirement translation and traceability throughout the development life cycle.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer.

• Experience in the manufacturing industry required.

• Requirements Engineering background required; certification preferred (e.g., CPRE).

• Knowledge of UML and BPMN required.

• Proficiency in English.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $44.30 - $50.00 per hour
