Qualitest is looking for experienced Business Analyst for one of our remote opportunities in the United States!

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 5 years Business Analyst experience in analysis and design on software development projects in analyst role. Experience in a Project Management Organization preferred.
In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform's features, functionalities, and best practices across Clouds like Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
Understanding how to integrate Salesforce with other third-party systems and applications.
Ability to manage and analyze data within Salesforce to drive insights and support business objectives.
Must have knowledge of Healthcare industry and understanding all major workflows associated with healthcare claim processing.
Must have knowledge of broad range project methodologies and best practices in Agile/Scrum.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Analytic, organization, interpersonal, prioritization, multi-tasking, initiating, communication, planning and technical skills.
Ability to facilitate teams and client relationships to satisfy needs and identify improvements.
Ability to develop strong relationships with all levels of management.
Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects including continuous evaluation and reprioritization.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers
Expertise in gathering and documenting requirements, process modeling, and creating use cases.
Ability to handle unexpected changes and adjust plans as needed.
Ability to recognize and apply project management, business analysis and system analysis best practices to fit a variety of situations.

A Competitive pay, the salary range for the role is $90,000 - $100,000.
