Business Analyst - Salesforce

BA: Salesforce for Real estate & Properties business

• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud (specify based on project needs).
• Experience in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs.
• Proficiency with Azure Devops, JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodology.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst are a plus.
• Experience with tools like Lucidchart, Draw.io for process flow diagrams.
• Understanding of Apex, SOQL, Flows, and declarative tools.
• Prior experience in data migration, integration projects, or working with ETL tools is a plus.
