Business Analyst - SAP projects

Role Overview

We're seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst with proven experience in SAP data migration to join our dynamic team. This role is critical to ensuring seamless data transitions during our SAP implementation and transformation projects.

Your Role

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for SAP data migration
• Design and document data migration strategies, mapping, and validation rules
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)
• Conduct data quality assessments and resolve migration-related issues
• Support UAT and post-migration audits to ensure data integrity
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align migration efforts with business goals
  
  

Your Profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on SAP projects
• Strong understanding of data structures, ETL processes, and data governance
• Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, and SAP Data Services
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Hands-on experience in SAP data migration (SAP S/4HANA preferred)
• Experience with legacy system integration
• Knowledge of Agile or hybrid project methodologies
• SAP certification or relevant training
