Business Analyst - Software Subscriptions

We’re looking for someone who can keep our subscription engine running smoothly and our customers stress-free. As a Business Analyst, you will sit at the crossroads of Customer Support and Finance, helping prevent avoidable cancellations, fixing payment issues, and recovering revenue when things fall off track. This is a full-time, remote opportunity.

• Partner directly with the Customer Team to troubleshoot subscription and payment issues, ensuring a smooth experience for users.
• Monitor at-risk accounts and proactively resolve billing problems before they lead to cancellation.
• Coordinate with Finance to prevent non-payment churn by verifying invoices, escalating failed payments, and assisting with payment method corrections.
• Support Finance in collecting outstanding balances and reinstating subscriptions when appropriate.
• Track trends in payment failures and recommend process improvements that reduce billing friction.

• High School diploma
• Strong written communications skills with the ability to explain billing and subscription issues clearly and professionally
• Confident, customer friendly verbal communication
• Comfortable coordinating across teams
• Autonomous
• Detail oriented
Subscription based software experience is a plus (Zuora, Recurly, Maxio, etc.)

Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career . The estimated salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 10% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
