
Business Analyst Team lead

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of business analysts to ensure the successful delivery of projects and alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate and oversee the analysis of business requirements and processes, ensuring quality and consistency across the team.
- Develop and implement best practices, methodologies, and standards for business analysis within the organization.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the analysis team to ensure clear understanding of project goals and deliverables.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and support the professional development of team members.
- Act as a key point of contact for project stakeholders, addressing issues and ensuring effective collaboration.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including business requirements, use cases, and process maps.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities to ensure successful project execution.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in business analysis and lead efforts to implement relevant practices in the team.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 2 years in a team lead or management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools, such as Jira or Confluence.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis techniques and frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications in business analysis or project management (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP) are a plus.
