Business Analyst/Business Analysis Executive

Responsibilities:-

1. Collaborate with stakeholders from different departments, such as Finance, Sales, Operations, and Customer Services, to identify business requirements and objectives.

2. Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, consumer behavior, and industry best practices to provide valuable insights and recommendations mostly based on historical data.

3. Utilize data analysis tools and perform research to support data-driven decision-making.

4. Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and proposals to senior management and cross-functional teams.

5. Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and revenue enhancement across various business functions.

6. Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.

7. Support project management efforts by providing business requirements and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders and project teams.

8. Participate in team meetings, workshops, and training sessions to contribute ideas and share expertise.

9. To communicate changes and work requirements to Branches across Pakistan.

10. To manage business operations remotely for the Algerian market.

11. To manage and handle V-Work and DMS.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or any relevant field.
• Fresh - 3 Year experience is required with willingness to learn.
