Ninja is seeking an experienced Business Analytics Manager
to lead our talented team of analysts and transform data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. This role is crucial for optimizing business performance, identifying growth opportunities, and fostering a data-driven culture throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of business analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning
Set clear goals and objectives for the team, manage performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching
Manage the analytics project roadmap, prioritize tasks based on business impact, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality insights and reports
Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations - Commercial) to understand their challenges, identify key business questions, and define analytical needs
Act as a strategic advisor to the business, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior management
Develop and execute a comprehensive business analytics strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives
Oversee the design and execution of complex analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and insights regarding customer behavior, market dynamics, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
Develop, monitor, and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business dashboards to track performance against strategic goals
Champion advanced analytical techniques, including segmentation, forecasting, A/B testing, and predictive modeling, to answer critical business questions
Standardize and automate reporting processes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency
Create and present compelling data narratives and visualizations to communicate findings and influence decisions across all levels of the organization, including executive leadership
Ensure that insights are presented in a clear, concise, and visually appealing manner
Partner with Data Engineering and IT teams to ensure data integrity, improve data models, and enhance the data infrastructure to support analytical needs
Promote data literacy and best practices for data usage across the company
Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to improve the team's capabilities and efficiency
To Build Robust Data Infrastructure to to enable near real time reporting
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or another quantitative field
Master's degree (MBA or M.S. in Analytics, Data Science, or a related field)
5+ years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, or related roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position
Proficiency in analytics tools and platforms such as SQL, R, Python, Tableau, or Power BI
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a proven track record of data-driven decision-making
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Experience in the e-commerce or tech industry is a plus
Experience with a statistical programming language such as Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn) or R
Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) and modern data stack tools
