JD- Business AnalystKey ResponsibilitiesData Analysis & Business Insights
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources — Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, CRM, ERP, and Zoho Books.
- Track and report key business metrics: sales, repeat rate, CAC, ROAS, COGS, inventory turns, and delivery SLAs.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities across marketing, operations, and finance.
- Build data dashboards and regular performance reports for leadership.
KPI & Funnel Tracking
- Work with the Growth team to analyze marketing funnels — impressions → clicks → conversions → repeat.
- Evaluate channel-wise ROI (Meta, Google, Amazon, etc.) and customer acquisition cost trends.
- Collaborate with the CX team to map churn and retention behavior.
- Recommend data-backed interventions to improve retention, reduce CAC, and optimize marketing spend.
Cross-Functional Business Optimization
- Support the COO and Finance Head in tracking unit economics, fulfillment costs, and profitability per order.
- Partner with the Inventory and Logistics teams to identify process inefficiencies and reduce wastage.
- Build business cases for new city launches, price changes, and category expansions.
- Analyze the impact of operational or pricing changes on bottom-line performance.
Reporting, Forecasting & Automation
- Build automated dashboards and data pipelines (Google Sheets, Data Studio, Power BI, or Zoho Analytics).
- Forecast demand and revenue using historical and seasonal data.
- Design “what-if” financial models for growth projections and campaign planning.
- Standardize monthly and quarterly business review reports.
Decision Support
- Work directly with the founders and leadership to support strategic initiatives —
- Channel profitability analysis
- Subscription growth modeling
- Expansion or capex planning
- Translate business questions into data models and clear visual insights.
