CLA is growing and seeking to hire an experienced Business Applications Analyst/Services Consultant to join our talented Information Technology team. The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment.
This role provides technical support and training on firm-sponsored software applications to internal users
and client users.
How you’ll create opportunities in this Business Applications Analyst/Services Consultant role:

Provides technical support to users of applications currently supported by the B-Tech group and is certified on two or more of those solutions.

Provides assistance and solutions for seamless integrations between software systems. Provide basic technical support and help troubleshoot integration or sync errors.

Assist with data preparation for migration and imports as needed.
