- We are seeking a dynamic leader to build, manage, and maintain a high-performing business applications team by actively participating in recruitment, hiring, and providing ongoing development, coaching, motivation, and training.
- You will organize and oversee the activities of your team to ensure efficient operations within the Applications Operations department, adhering to established procedures and policies.
- Recommend policy enhancements and lead the implementation of guidelines across all Applications Operations functions, ensuring compliance with procedural and legislative requirements while delivering quality, cost-effective services.
- Collaborate closely with the Applications Manager to develop and maintain robust business applications for Savola Foods Egypt, following standard operating procedures and promoting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor operational workflows regularly, taking proactive and corrective actions to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
- Lead the rollout of business applications within assigned operational units, developing comprehensive plans and budgets aligned with current and future business needs.
