Business Applications Sales Specialist

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for business applications (ERP, CRM, etc.)
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through direct prospecting, networking, and inbound leads
  • Understand client business challenges and position appropriate solutions to meet their needs
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations with support from the pre-sales team
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, marketing, delivery) to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in software/IT solutions
  • Experience selling ERP, CRM, or business application solutions (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.) is highly preferred
  • Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to understand complex business processes
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities concurrently
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce) is a plus
