Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for business applications (ERP, CRM, etc.)
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through direct prospecting, networking, and inbound leads
- Understand client business challenges and position appropriate solutions to meet their needs
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations with support from the pre-sales team
- Prepare and present commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, marketing, delivery) to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in software/IT solutions
- Experience selling ERP, CRM, or business application solutions (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.) is highly preferred
- Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to understand complex business processes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities concurrently
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce) is a plus
