Summary

We are seeking a Business Assistant to join our team at Greenpath Clinic. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic by managing administrative tasks and supporting our healthcare professionals. Your contributions will directly enhance our ability to provide high-quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
• Manage scheduling and calendar coordination for staff and appointments.
• Handle patient inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain accurate records and files to support clinic operations.
• Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial tracking and reporting as needed.
• Prepare documents using DocuSign for patient forms and agreements.
• Support the team with transcription of notes and documentation as required.
• Assist in office management tasks, including inventory tracking and supply ordering.
• Help with on line marketing

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an administrative or business assistant role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Demonstrated computer literacy with experience in office management software.
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills for patient interactions.
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus but not required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
