Job Summary:
As the Business Associate to the Corporate Director of Behavioral Health Services, you will play a crucial role in
Insight's organization's growth and strategic initiatives. Your mission is to support the Director in identifying and
managing corporate business development and strategic initiatives, while also taking care of essential
administrative tasks
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Director on corporate business strategies and strategic projects.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with decision-makers in corporate projects.
- Serve as a project manager on behalf of the Director in corporate projects and initiatives.
- Travel to various locations alongside the Director (ability to fly required).
- Coordinate travel logistics, including booking flights and accommodations.
- Organize meals and other essential services during business trips.
- Work cross-functionally to execute on business development strategies effectively.
- Proactively address obstacles and challenges.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to corporate projects.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, controlled chaos environment, working effectively under pressure.
- Meet with CEOs and other high-level executives to facilitate business discussions.
Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in any field (healthcare, business, or related fields preferred but not mandatory).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Self-starter with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt and find creative solutions.
- Prior experience in leadership and team support.
- Proficiency in computer-based data management and information systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Detail-oriented, conscientious, and committed to precision in work results.
