Job Accountabilities
- Contribute with the Business Banking Hub Head in setting the corporate sales plan, daily sales activities and action plan to market and sell the bank's corporate products and services in addition to maintaining a solid relationship with important/sensitive customers while Identifying promising prospects to increase the portfolio of the non-borrowing corporate customers and ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
- Identify existing and potential non-borrowing corporate customers needs and provide them with the basic information on all Bank’s products & services.
- Achieve assigned targets through promoting, selling and cross selling the bank’s products and services to existing and prospective non-borrowing corporate customers to achieve the preset sales budget of the Liabilities and Trade Finance.
- Attract side business from corporate non-borrowing clients – LG’s with full cash cover, Documentary collections, check collection, transfer … etc. while developing a long term, in depth client relationship.
- Handling all Business Banking customers’ inquiries and complains and ensure resolving them efficiently within the set TAT while delivering a consistent and best in class service to the managed portfolio clients and develop a long term, in depth client relationship.
- Analyze portfolio performance statistics to better understand customer behavior and plan for future activities with a continuous focus towards helping the client to adapt to changes in personal circumstances and financial environment in addition to reviewing daily inflows/outflows of the assigned portfolio to proactively retain clients and avoid losing funds
- Handle all customers’ inquiries and complains and ensure resolving them efficiently within the set TAT and raise all unsolved issues to the Business Banking Hub Head
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce or its equivalence
- 6 to 8 years of experience, preferred exposure in Corporate or SMEs
Skills:
- Excellent command of English and Arabic languages (written and spoken)
- Sales and Service oriented, with excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good use of the Microsoft Office
- Thorough understanding of the full range of banking products and services
- Strong Business Acumen of external market and up-to date market trends and practices.
