Business Center Regional Manager / Operations Manager - Riyadh, KSA

Leading business center operator seeks experienced professional to manage new hub construction and operations in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction phase, contractor coordination, and municipal approvals
• Launch and operate business center upon completion
• Drive sales, BD, and client acquisition (MNC focus)
• Manage office allocations, hiring, and day-to-day operations

Requirements:

• Arabic speaker preferred
• Business center or commercial real estate experience
• Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate
• Presentable to corporate clientele
• Experience in business setup processes advantageous

Package:

• Regional role: SAR 25-30K + incentives (OTE 40-50K)
