Job Title: Business Center Sales Manager – Real Estate & Business Center

Location: Black Sea Business Center, Dubai, UAE

Experience Required: Minimum 1-3 years in Real Estate and/or Business Center sales

Job Responsibilities

As a Business Center Sales Manager, your core responsibilities will include:

Actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in real estate and serviced office spaces (business centers)

Conducting property tours, presenting office spaces to potential clients, and handling inquiries

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and prospects

Preparing and delivering professional sales presentations and proposals

Negotiating and closing sales deals in line with company goals and targets

Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs

Maintaining an up-to-date database of leads and opportunities through CRM tools

Conducting market research and staying updated on industry trends and competitors

Coordinating with marketing and operations teams for client requirements

Providing excellent post-sale support and client servicing to ensure satisfaction and retention

Requirements & Skills

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)

Experience:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Sales, with a proven track record in Real Estate and/or Business Center field in the UAE

Skills:

Strong sales and negotiation skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven

Good understanding of Dubai real estate market and business center operations

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Multilingual skills (preferred but not mandatory)
