Position: Client Manager – ECS Department
Location: Dubai (Media City)
Type: Full-Time - Onsite | Working Days: Mon–Fri (9:00 AM–6:30 PM), Sat (9:00 AM–4:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and retain a portfolio of 250–300 clients.
• Handle client queries and ensure satisfaction.
• Generate new business through cross-selling and referrals.
• Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Commerce background; MBA/MCom preferred.
• Banking or business setup experience is an added advantage.
