About the Role 


We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Renewal Executive with proven experience in the Business Setup industry. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of Mainland, Freezone, and Offshore company structures, and have the ability to effectively handle client renewals, close sales calls, and negotiate with decision-makers. The Renewal Executive will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction during the renewal process, maximizing retention, and identifying cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.



Key Responsibilities 


Manage and execute the end-to-end renewal process for existing clients.

Educate clients on renewal requirements, government compliance, and business setup regulations in Mainland, Freezone, and Offshore jurisdictions.

Conduct sales and renewal calls with clients to present renewal packages, address objections, and successfully close deals.

Negotiate renewal terms and pricing while ensuring alignment with company policies.

Build strong client relationships to enhance renewal rates, loyalty, and long-term retention.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and renewals in CRM systems.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to convert them.

Work closely with internal departments (Accounts, PRO, Operations) to ensure seamless renewal processing.

Monitor renewal pipeline and provide regular reports and forecasts to management.

Stay updated with UAE business setup laws, licensing authorities, and renewal regulations.



Requirements


● Minimum 2–4 years of experience in the Business Setup/Company Formation industry.

● Strong knowledge of Mainland, Freezone, and Offshore company structures and renewal procedures.

● Proven ability to close sales calls and handle client negotiations effectively.

● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

● Strong problem-solving and objection-handling abilities.

● Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.

● Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

● Fluency in English is a must (Arabic or other languages will be an added advantage).
