About the role:

We are seeking a Business Consultant Manager, Warehouse Autonomous Solutions to develop digital transformation strategies, drive business consulting initiatives, and equip senior clients with the tools to navigate supply chain optimization, warehouse automation, and robotic-driven transformation in eCommerce, Retail, Construction, F&B, and Manufacturing. This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of autonomous and digital warehouse operations across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategies and transformation roadmaps for warehouse automation.
• Design business cases and cost-benefit analyses (CBA) for large-scale warehouse transformation projects.
• Develop multiple financing options for clients, including CAPEX-OPEX, Robot-as-a-Service, and Warehouse-as-a-Service models.
• Lead the creation of warehouse-specific solutions leveraging AGV, AMR, conveyors, robotics, and autonomous forklifts, focusing on warehouse operations.
• Engage with global and local industry leaders, decision-makers, and technology partners to identify and deliver high-impact use cases.
• Maintain awareness of business growth trends in the warehouse industry and identify feasible use cases.

Business & Technical Advisory

• Lead pre-sales activities, bid development, and client proposals in collaboration with solution and sales teams.
• Understand the end-to-end process of warehouse operations, including inbound, staging, replenishment, picking, sorting, order consolidation, put-away, outbound, storage, and packaging.
• Facilitate executive-level workshops to align digital transformation initiatives with business goals.
• Provide hands on expertise in digital strategy development, implementation planning, and advanced technology consulting.
• Create financial models incorporating payback, ROI, savings, NPV calculations, OPEX, CAPEX, and subscription models.
• Guide OEM and system integrator (SI) partnerships and go to market strategies for emerging technologies.
• Define functional benefits of warehouse automation to evaluate the "to-be" process transformation against the "as-is" process.

Innovation & Thought Leadership

• Develop and refine technology-driven digital strategies that serve as competitive differentiators for clients.
• Continuously monitor industry trends to evolve offerings and ensure alignment with the latest advancements in warehouse automation technologies such as ASRS, AGV/AMR, robotics, humanoids, AI, ML, IoT, and enhancements in WMS, WES, and WCS applications.
• Foster an entrepreneurial mindset, driving innovative solutions that bring autonomous robotics and digital transformation initiatives to real world applications.

Minimum Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in business consulting, digital transformation, and technology strategy.
• Master's degree (MBA) and a bachelor's degree in engineering (BE).
• Proven track record in executive communication and relationship management, with the ability to engage C level stakeholders.
• Work experience in warehouse automation within eCommerce, manufacturing, retail, and logistics.
• Expertise in warehouse automation, robotics, and AI driven digital transformation.
• Strong ability to conduct workshops, training sessions, and consulting engagements.
• Exceptional analytical skills, with experience in building business cases and presenting them to senior leadership.
• Industry experience in automation across main warehouses, fulfillment centers, micro fulfillment centers, finished goods stores, and raw material warehouses.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading large scale warehouse transformation projects.
• Strong consulting background, with the ability to translate technical concepts into strategic business initiatives.
• Expertise in driving continuous improvement strategies in response to evolving technology landscapes.
