Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Business Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a fluent English speaker, with French and Arabic as an added advantage. You will be responsible for managing client relations, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring a seamless business setup journey for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads, conduct meetings (in-person and online), and present tailored setup/expansion plans.
• Advise clients on UAE company formation, licensing options (mainland & free zone), and government regulations.
• Manage client portfolios to ensure high satisfaction and generate referrals.
• Prepare and review all documentation required for the business setup process.
• Maintain CRM records and ensure all systems are kept up to date.
• Stay informed on regulatory changes, government policies, and market trends.
• Liaise with clients throughout the process, ensuring smooth and transparent communication.
• Promote additional services (cross-sell & up-sell) to add value for clients.
• Represent SwissPro at networking events to grow brand presence.
• Collaborate with partners to strengthen relationships and enhance client experience.
• Share market feedback with the marketing team to improve lead quality.
• Prepare monthly reports and contribute to new strategies to drive sales.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• 3+ years’ experience in UAE company formation / business setup consulting.
• Fluent English (mandatory); French and Arabic are a strong plus.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE government procedures, free zones, and mainland licensing.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently with strong client management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Additional Information

• Work Location: Dubai (must be able to commute or relocate before starting).
• Availability: Immediate joiners preferred (1–3 days).
