Manage customer orders, inventory, production scheduling, and shipments.

Input shop orders into the manufacturing system in alignment with customer orders.

Maintain and update the base price list for each customer.

Process billing and resolve customer payment discrepancies.

Balance finished goods inventory on a weekly basis.

Support the production scheduler to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Process invoices and credits as needed.

Collaborate with the Quality Department to coordinate product release and shipping.

Provide coverage for other Business Coordinator accounts during absences.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and company order management systems.

Experience with Adage software is preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.

Effective time management and organizational skills.

Ability to respond professionally to phone, fax, and email communications.

Account Management experience is preferred.
