Position Overview
We are seeking a Business Coordinator to oversee and manage daily business operations. This role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, business knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between clients, management, and internal teams. The Business Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining Erm Torres LLC’s reputation for excellence in business services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate business activities including scheduling, documentation, and client communications.
  • Liaise with management, staff, and external stakeholders to ensure efficient operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, reports, and compliance documentation.
  • Support procurement, budgeting, and resource allocation initiatives.
  • Prepare reports on business performance and recommend improvements.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, events, and company initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Qatar’s business regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in business coordination or operations management.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes and organizational workflows.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and business management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadlines.
