Position Summary
Bolivia Carajo LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Coordinator to support daily business operations, coordinate internal teams, and assist in driving business development initiatives in our Doha office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication between departments, managing administrative processes, and supporting management in executing strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency and alignment across departments
- Support management in planning, organizing, and executing business strategies and projects
- Serve as a communication bridge between internal teams, clients, and external partners
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation as required
- Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing corporate events
- Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain organized records of business activities, contracts, and correspondence
- Support procurement, vendor coordination, and basic financial tracking when needed
- Assist in market research and business development activities in the region
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local business regulations
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in business coordination, administration, or operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required; Spanish is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and business tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Experience working in GCC countries is an advantage
