Overview

Gayya LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Coordinator to support daily operations, facilitate internal communication, and assist in executing business strategies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between departments, clients, and external partners while maintaining high standards of efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor daily business operations to ensure smooth workflow across departments.
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking projects and business activities.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between management, staff, clients, and suppliers.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and business documentation.
  • Support administrative functions including data management, filing, and record keeping.
  • Assist in procurement processes and vendor coordination when required.
  • Track deadlines, deliverables, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Help organize meetings, events, and business engagements.
  • Maintain and update internal databases, CRM systems, and operational logs.
  • Support management in implementing business strategies and operational improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in coordination, administration, or business support roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and business tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in logistics, trading, construction, or service-based industries.
  • Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
