Job Summary
Laura de Wey LLC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Coordinator to support daily operations and enhance organizational efficiency. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating business activities, managing administrative tasks, and facilitating communication across departments and with external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Assist in planning, tracking, and executing business projects and initiatives
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and external partners
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and follow up on action items
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
- Support budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking processes
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in a coordination, administrative, or business support role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
