Job Summary:
Truong Phat Me LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful Business Coordinator to support daily business operations and ensure efficient coordination across departments. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal operations and ensure smooth workflow between departments
- Act as a liaison between management, clients, suppliers, and external stakeholders
- Assist in planning, tracking, and executing business projects and initiatives
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence
- Maintain and organize company records, documents, and databases
- Support procurement, logistics, and administrative processes as needed
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending tasks to ensure timely completion
- Organize meetings, schedule appointments, and record minutes
- Assist in basic budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a coordination, administrative, or operations role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in business operations or project coordination
- Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems
- Basic knowledge of financial and procurement processes
