Business Data Analyst

Job Summary:

The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to help drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. The role involves working closely with various departments to identify trends, develop reports, and provide actionable insights.

Req. minimum experiance: 5 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Interpret data trends and patterns to assist management in strategic planning and operational improvement.
• Work with stakeholders to identify key metrics and performance indicators.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and data visualizations as needed.
• Automate data collection and reporting processes where possible.
• Support data quality initiatives and maintain data integrity across systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts).
• Hands-on experience with SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio).
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modeling.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
• Experience with big data tools (e.g., Google BigQuery, Snowflake, Hadoop).
• Exposure to CRM or ERP systems.
• Understanding of business processes and KPIs.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
