Business Develoment Manager- Medical Billing Industry

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth by acquiring new clients in the US healthcare market and expanding existing accounts. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of medical billing services, revenue cycle management (RCM), and BPO sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and close new business opportunities (physicians, clinics, hospitals, and group practices in the US).
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Generate leads via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and industry networks.
  • Conduct client presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure retention and upselling.
  • Collaborate with operations and RCM teams to align service offerings with client needs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in medical billing/RCM/ healthcare sector.
  • Strong understanding of US healthcare system, insurance workflows, and billing processes.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
