We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Specialist to join our team at OHI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, driving student and institutional growth, and building sustainable relationships with companies and organizations.

• Identify and research potential corporate partnerships, training opportunities, and recruitment collaborations.
• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with OHI’s vision.
• Strengthen long-term relationships with companies, employers, and industry stakeholders.
• Promote OHI’s career services, training programs, and academic initiatives to external partners.
• Collaborate with internal departments to design programs that meet market and employer needs.
• Negotiate and close agreements that enhance OHI’s visibility and impact.
• Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Previous experience in business development, sales, or corporate partnerships (preferably in education or training sector).
• Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and in teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
