Sales Executive

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to drive new business growth for our architecture and interior design firm. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for design and a strong sales background. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients, expanding our project portfolio, and contributing to the overall business development strategy. Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and target potential clients in the architecture and interior design industry, including both residential and commercial projects.

Sales Presentations & Proposals: Present our architectural and design services to prospective clients, preparing customized proposals and presentations tailored to their needs and budgets.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the design and development process.

Negotiations & Closing: Lead the negotiation process, closing deals that meet both client expectations and company objectives, while ensuring profitability.

Collaboration: Work closely with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure client requirements are communicated and integrated into project plans.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging design technologies to position the company effectively in the market.

Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase the company’s visibility and generate new leads.

Sales Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, negotiations, and closed sales using CRM tools, and report progress to management.

Client Retention: Follow up on completed projects to ensure ongoing satisfaction and secure repeat business and referrals.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within the architecture, interior design, or construction industries.

Strong understanding of architecture, interior design trends, and project requirements.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Proactive, results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and business growth.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
