Sales Account Manager

Location: Cairo ( 6th October )

Reports to: Chief Business Officer

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Account Manager to manage post-sale client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and growth. The ideal candidate will be the key liaison between the client and our technical teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture existing client accounts.
• Ensure timely delivery of services and resolve any issues.
• Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients.
• Track client satisfaction and conduct regular check-ins.
• Act as the point of contact for client communications.
• Collaborate with project and technical teams to deliver client needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in account management, preferably in IT.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.
• Ability to understand and translate technical requirements.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
