About the Opportunity
Inframark is seeking a Business Development professional to expand our partnerships in the water and wastewater industry. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive on building new relationships, capturing market share, and driving growth through innovative, sustainable solutions backed by one of the nation’s leading O&M providers.
What You’ll Do

• Drive aggressive growth by identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new municipal and industrial water/wastewater opportunities.
• Build pipelines in untapped markets and develop entry strategies.
• Lead proposal efforts and RFP responses with cross-functional teams.
• Represent Inframark at industry conferences, local government sessions, and with funding agencies.
• Track competitor activity, market intelligence, and funding opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record of winning new contracts and developing fresh markets.
• Experience with public procurement, capture planning, and negotiations.
• Strong ability to influence decision-makers and gain new municipal/industrial clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA a plus.

Locations – Oklahoma, Missouri, Illinois, Texas, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Florida, Remote for the right candidate!
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of related experience
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Professional Engineer (P.E.), a plus
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Requires overnight travel approximately 30% of the time.
