Job Description

Platter House Cafeteria is looking for an energetic and motivated Business Developer to help grow our cafeteria business. The candidate will be responsible for finding new customers, increasing sales, and building strong relationships with corporate and individual clients.

Responsibilities:

· Find new customers and business opportunities

· Promote cafeteria services and menu

· Visit offices, shops, and companies for lunch and catering deals

· Generate leads and follow up with potential clients

· Build long-term relationships with customers

· Increase daily sales and brand visibility

· Coordinate with kitchen and management for orders

· Prepare simple sales reports

Requirements:

· Experience in sales / business development / marketing preferred

· Good communication and negotiation skills

· Ability to meet sales targets

· Knowledge of local market in Sharjah is an advantage

· Self-motivated and result-oriented

· Basic English communication (Arabic is a plus)

· Teamwork and time-management skills

· Friendly and customer-oriented

· Ability to work in shifts

· Ability to work under pressure
