We're Hiring: Business Setup consultant

Location: Sharjah Office

Experience: Minimum 1 years in UAE business setup consultancy

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Setup Consultant to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in business Setup, and must possess in-depth knowledge of setting up businesses in Mainland, Free Zones, and Offshore jurisdictions in the UAE. This role requires strong sales capabilities, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through company formation processes in Mainland and Freezones.
• Explain licensing structures, visa packages, and business activities
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into confirmed clients
• Follow up with prospects via phone, WhatsApp, and email
• Coordinate with operations and PRO teams for document submissions
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and conversions in CRM
• Ensure monthly sales targets and KPIs are achieved

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in UAE business setup consultancy
• In-depth knowledge of Mainland and Free Zone company formation procedures
• Proven leadership and team management experience in a sales environment
• Strong understanding of operational workflows (visa processing, amendments, renewals, etc.)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Familiar with CRM systems, proposal tools, and digital communication platforms
• Fluent in English
• Target-oriented, confident, and well-presented
