Business Setup Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

Guide clients through the entire business setup process (mainland, free zone, or offshore)

Provide expert advice on legal structures, licensing requirements, and regulatory compliance

Liaise with government authorities and free zone entities

Prepare and review all necessary documentation

Ensure timely and smooth completion of setup procedures

Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Job Requirements:

Proven experience in business setup consultancy (minimum 1 year)

Deep understanding of local regulations, licensing, and incorporation procedures

Strong communication and client-handling skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

Sales: 2 years (Preferred)

Business Setup Advisor: 1 year (Preferred)
