Business Development Executive (Interior Design & Fit-Out) - Russian speaker

We are looking for an active and ambitious Sales Professional to join our growing team in the interior design and fit-out industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with inbound and outbound leads, conduct client consultations and project presentations
  • Prepare commercial proposals, cost estimates, presentation materials
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from first contact to contract signing and client handover
  • Develop and maintain a partner network; participate in events and generate referral-based leads
  • Analyze the sales funnel, maintain CRM records, achieve KPIs and prepare regular reports

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in selling complex services in renovation, construction, interior design or real estate
  • Previous work experience in the UAE with good understanding of locations, pricing and client segments
  • Strong consultative sales skills and basic knowledge of interior design and fit-out processes
  • English level С1, Russian is a strong advantage, Arabic is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Bitrix24 is a plus); confident user of MS Office / Google Workspace
  • High level of ambition, results-driven mindset, stress resistance and ability to work with premium clients
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-term client relationships
