Business Developer at Mahogany - Holiday Home

Our company:

Mahogany is a holiday home company established in December 2024. We are now looking to hire a Business Developper to help us secure property management deals.

Key reponsibilities:

As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our portfolio by securing new property management deals. Your role will be to identify opportunities, approach property owners, and convert leads into long-term partnerships.

More precisely, you will be responsible for the following:

• Identifying and prospecting property owners interested in short-term rental management
• Generating new leads through networking, cold calling, field visits, and referrals
• Presenting the company’s services and value proposition to potential clients
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with property owners

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, real estate, or business development
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate / holiday homes market
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred
