About the Role

Techparser is looking for a motivated, results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growth team. If you have 1 to 2.5 years of experience in B2B sales, a knack for spotting international opportunities, and a passion for closing deals, we want you!

In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our global footprint by identifying high-value leads on freelance platforms and LinkedIn, managing early-stage client relationships, and driving revenue through strategic international client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Platform Bidding: Manage and optimize company profiles on Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer to identify, bid on, and secure high-quality technical projects
  • Outreach & Prospecting: Execute targeted outreach campaigns via LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email marketing to engage potential international clients
  • Market Expansion: Proactively target and engage businesses in international markets, with a primary focus on the US and UK regions
  • Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records of lead generation, outreach efforts, and deal statuses using CRM tools like HubSpot to ensure a smooth sales pipeline
  • Proposal Writing: Draft tailored, impactful proposals and pitch decks that clearly articulate Techparser's value proposition and technical capabilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients, understanding their requirements and scheduling technical discovery calls

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 1 to 2.5 years of proven experience in business development or lead generation within the IT/Software industry
  • Platform Expertise: Confident handling of Upwork (Agency/Individual portfolios), Fiverr, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to draft compelling, non-generic proposals
  • Technical Literacy: A solid foundational understanding of software development stacks (Web Development, Mobile Apps, UI/UX) to effectively discuss project scopes with clients
  • Adaptability: Ability to navigate international business cultures and occasionally align with different time zones (US/UK) for client communication
