Job Description:

Code Analytics provides a wide range of digital solutions to businesses worldwide, including web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, and more. We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Business Development Intern to support our Outreach team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Identification & Research

• Identify potential clients and project opportunities on platforms such as Upwork.
• Assist in data digging and maintaining lead lists for outreach campaigns.

Email Outreach & Marketing

• Support in identifying high-potential leads through data research.
• Help with email warm-up processes, DMARC, and inbox strategies.
• Draft and send personalized outreach emails.

LinkedIn Outreach

• Use LinkedIn to connect with potential clients and decision-makers.
• Engage with prospects through personalized messages.

Proposal Support

• Assist in preparing proposals that address client needs.
• Learn basic negotiation, follow-ups, and communication techniques.

Market Research

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client requirements.

Team Collaboration

• Work with internal teams to support ongoing outreach and ensure smooth communication.

Skills & Qualifications

• 2–6 months of experience in business development, lead generation, sales, or outreach..
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn outreach and email marketing practices.
• Familiarity with data digging or lead research tools is a plus.
• Experience with Upwork proposal writing is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
