Salary Range: PKR 100,000 – 125,000 per month

About Us:

We are a growing network of five pharmacies across Lahore, dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare products and customer service. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Business Developer who can drive growth, strengthen partnerships, and enhance overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business growth strategies for all pharmacy branches.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential expansion areas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, and pharmaceutical companies.
• Increase sales and profitability through effective marketing, promotions, and outreach programs.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate with branch managers to improve operations and customer experience.
• Ensure brand consistency and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop growth strategies.
• Must be proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with pharmacy operations and pharmaceutical supply chains is a plus.
